What exactly is a credit?

A credit is our simple usage unit. Uploading one photo costs 1 credit (this covers AI face detection and indexing). Each attendee selfie search also costs 1 credit. That's it — no hidden multipliers, no per-face charges.

What do I get with the Pro plan?

Pro unlocks everything: 1,000 monthly credits, team collaboration (invite photographers, DJs, and staff to upload and manage), full branding control (custom logo, gallery themes, brand colors, watermarks, remove FindMePic branding), social links on your event page, REST API access, an embeddable search widget for your own website, and priority support.

How does team collaboration work?

On the Pro plan, you can invite other FindMePic users to your event by email. Assign them roles like Photographer or DJ, and control what they can do — upload photos, edit event settings, or both. Team members don't need their own Pro subscription.

Do unused credits carry over?

On the Free and Pay As You Go plans, credits never expire. On the Pro plan, your 1,000 monthly credits reset each billing cycle, but any extra credits you purchase separately never expire.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. You can switch between plans at any time. If you upgrade from Free to Pro mid-month, you'll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Pro features like team members, custom branding, and API access become unavailable after downgrading.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No. The Pro plan is billed monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. The Pay As You Go plan has no recurring charges at all.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as iDEAL, Bancontact, and SEPA direct debit through our payment processor Stripe.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You'll be notified when credits are low. On any plan, you can purchase additional credit packs at €0.02 per credit. Your events stay online — attendees just won't be able to search until you top up.

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No. The Free plan requires no payment information at all. Just sign up with your email and you're ready to go with 75 credits.

Can I get a refund on purchased credits?

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, as required by EU consumer protection law. Once credits are consumed, they cannot be refunded.
